Anti-crack concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-crack concrete and a preparation process thereof. The anti-crack concrete is composed of the following raw materials: 180 to 240 parts of Portland cement, 50 to 70 parts of fly ash, 20 to 30 parts of slag, 800 to 850 parts of fine aggregate, 880 to 920 parts of coarse aggregate, 8 to 10 parts of an additive, 150 to 200 parts of water, 10 to 15 parts of silicon powder and 40 to 60 parts of a composite phase change material. The preparation process comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and stirring the raw materials to obtain an anti-crack concrete primary mixture; 2) compacting and forming the anti-crack concrete primary mixture to form an anti-crack concrete layer; 3), laying a plastic film on the surface of the anti-crack concrete layer, and moisturizing, curing and drying to obtain the anti-crack concrete. According to the anti-crack concrete, cement hydration heat can be stored through the composite phase change material, the probability that temperature cracks are generated due to the fact that the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete is large is reduced, and the anti-crack performance of the concrete is improved.
