Gypsum-based self-leveling mortar special for indoor floor heating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to gypsum-based self-leveling mortar special for indoor floor heating and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is prepared by mixing powder and water according to a mass ratio of 1:(0.25-0.35), wherein the powder material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: semi-hydrated gypsum, a heat-conducting filler with the particle size of 50-100 mesh, a heat-conducting filler with the particle size of 70-140 mesh, a heat-conducting filler with the particle size of 200-250 mesh, a heat-conducting filler with the particle size of 500-600 mesh, a heat-conducting soft metal wire with the length of 2-8 mm, redispersible rubber powder, cellulose ether, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a water reducing agent and a set retarder. The invention overcomes the defects that gypsum-based self-leveling needs to be used for leveling when existing indoor floor heating is laid, however, no gypsum-based self-leveling special for floor heating exists in the market at present, common gypsum-based self-leveling is mostly used, the heat conductivity coefficient is low, the heat conduction rate is slow, the heat loss amount is large and the like; and based on semi-hydrated gypsum, the heat-conducting filler with higher heat conductivity coefficient, the heat-conducting soft metal wire and other preferable additives are matched, so that the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar has the advantages of high heat conductivity coefficient, high heat-conducting rate and low heat-conducting loss.
本发明涉及一种室内地暖专用石膏基自流平砂浆及其制备方法,由粉料与水按照质量比1:0.25‑0.35的比例混合制备而成;其中,粉料由以下组分按照以下重量份数比制备而成:半水石膏、50‑100目的导热填料、70‑140目的导热填料、200‑250目导热填料、500‑600目导热填料、长度2‑8mm导热软金属丝、可再分散胶粉、纤维素醚、消泡剂、分散剂、减水剂、缓凝剂。该发明克服了现有室内地暖铺设时找平需要使用石膏基自流平,然而现有市面上没有地暖专用的石膏基自流平,多使用普通的石膏基自流平,存在导热系数低、导热速率慢、热损耗量大等的缺点,以半水石膏为基础,配合导热系数较高的导热填料、导热软金属丝以及优选的其他添加剂,具有导热系数高、导热速率快、导热损耗量低的优点。
