The invention discloses a freely adjustable shower head. The shower head comprises mounting seats; a rotating plate is arranged between the two mounting seats; a vertical rod is fixedly embedded in the middle of the rotating plate; the two ends of the vertical rod penetrate through the two mounting seats respectively; the top end of the vertical rod is rotationally connected with a swing rod through a rotating pin; the bottom end of the swing rod is fixedly connected with a shower head body; the upper side of the shower head is fixedly embedded with a connecting pipe; the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a hose; a first swing plate fixedly sleeves the outer side of the lower end of the vertical rod; a second swing plate fixedly sleeves the outer side of the upper end of the vertical rod; a lifting rod is sleeved in the second swing plate; a hinged joint is fixedly connected to the top end of the lifting rod; and an inclined rod is connected to the hinged joint in a spherical hinge mode. According to the freely adjustable shower head, the angle of the shower head can be freely adjusted in a hose connection mode, and the horizontal angle and the vertical angle of the shower head can be adjusted in a linkage mode at a relatively low height through the arrangement of a longitudinal adjusting mechanism and a transverse adjusting mechanism.
