Connecting method filling gap between wall body and main body structure beam
The invention discloses a connecting method filling a gap between a wall body and a main body structure beam. The connecting method comprises the steps that S1, a rubber pad is laid on the top of a prefabricated wall body; S2, the prefabricated wall body subject to above treatment is hoisted to a position below an upper beam to be cast in situ, and meanwhile, a steel sleeve and/or an electric pipe connecting sleeve extend to the interior of the upper beam; S3, the upper beam is poured, and meanwhile, the steel sleeve and/or the electric pipe connecting sleeve are/is further anchored to the interior of the upper beam; S4, after the strength of the upper beam to be cast in situ reaches the design strength, the prefabricated wall body falls down, so that the steel sleeve and/or the electric pipe connecting sleeve are/is separated from the steel bars at the top of the prefabricated wall body, and then the rubber pad is taken off; and S5, after the upper beam is deformed under stress and creep occurs, steel bar planting glue is added to the interior of the steel sleeve and/or the electric pipe connecting sleeve, adhesive mortar is laid on the top of the prefabricated wall body, and the prefabricated wall body is lifted, so that the steel bars are anchored in the steel sleeve, and/or a circuit pipe is anchored in the electric pipe connecting sleeve. The invention provides a novel method connecting a gap between the prefabricated wall body and the upper beam to be cast in situ.
本发明公开了一种填充墙体与主体结构梁缝隙的连接方法,包括:S1、在预制墙体顶部铺设橡胶垫;S2、将经上述处理的预制墙体,吊装到待现浇上部梁的下方,同时使钢套筒和/或电管连接套管伸入上部梁内部;S3、浇筑上部梁,同时使得钢套筒和/或电管连接套管也锚入上部梁内部;S4、待现浇上部梁达到设计强度后,将预制墙体下落,使得钢套筒和/或电管连接套管与预制墙体顶部的钢筋分离,再取掉橡胶垫;S5、待上部梁受力变形发生徐变后,给钢套筒和/或电管连接套管内部加入植筋胶,在预制墙体顶部铺设粘结砂浆;提升预制墙体,使钢筋锚固于钢套筒内、和/或使电路管锚固于电管连接套管内。提供了一种预制墙体与待现浇上部梁缝隙连接的新方法。
