According to the prestressed prefabricated open-web sandwich plate structure system, lower ribbed beam wrapped U-shaped steel grooves are connected in a welding mode through connecting plates after prefabricated units are assembled; lower rib constructional steel bars are connected in a lap joint mode after every two adjacent prefabricated units are assembled; upper rib constructional steel bars are connected in a lap joint mode after every two adjacent prefabricated units are assembled; and after the lower ribbed beam wrapped U-shaped steel grooves are hoisted by the prefabricated units and are welded, lower rib prestressed steel bars penetrate through a reserved prestressed steel bar channel for post-tensioning, and grouting or direct anchoring is performed in the reserved prestressed steel bar channel after tensioning is completed.
