The invention provides a box-type building module, a box-type modular building and a construction method of the box-type modular building. The box-type building module comprises two side frames, corner fittings, connecting pieces and four cross beams; the two side frames are arranged in parallel at intervals; the corner fittings are arranged at the bottom corner parts and the top corner parts of at least the same ends of the side frames; the connecting pieces correspond to the corner fittings; the connecting pieces are connected to one sides of the corner fittings; the four cross beams are arranged in parallel and are connected between the two side frames correspondingly; at least two cross beams correspond to the corner fittings, and each cross beam is connected between the two connecting pieces; and the ends of the cross beams are hinged to the corresponding connecting pieces, and gaps are formed between the ends of the cross beams and the corresponding corner fittings. Due to the fact that the cross beams and the connecting pieces are flexibly connected in a hinged mode, the lateral rigidity of the box-type building module is reduced, the gaps are formed between the beams and the corner fittings, the box-type building module generates deformation similar to a parallelogram in the vibration process, the box-type building module can bear relatively large earthquake displacement, and therefore, the overall shock resistance of the box-type modular building is enhanced.
本发明提供了一种箱式建筑模块,箱式模块化建筑及其建造方法。箱式建筑模块包括两侧框、角件、连接件和四个横梁。两侧框平行间隔设置;角件设置于侧框至少同一端部的底角部和顶角部;连接件对应角件设置;连接件连接于角件的一侧;四个横梁平行设置,分别连接于两侧框之间;至少两横梁与角件对应,各横梁分别连接于两连接件之间;横梁的端部与对应的连接件铰接连接,并与对应的角件之间具有间隙。由于横梁与连接件之间采用铰接连接的柔性连接方式,减少了箱式建筑模块的侧向刚度,且横梁与角件之间具有间隙,使得该箱式建筑模块在震动时产生类似平行四边形的变形,进而能够经受较大的地震位移,从而增强箱式模块化建筑整体的抗震性。
