The invention provides a cylinder lock device which can be miniaturized. The cylinder lock device is configured so as to comprise: a rotor rotatably housed and held in a lock body; a first sleeve rotatably accommodated and held between the lock body and the rotor, the first sleeve releasing engagement with a stopper by inserting a mating key into a key insertion hole; a sliding member which is disposed so as to be movable in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotor, and moves to the rear side of the lock body when the rotor and the first sleeve rotate integrally with respect to the lock body; a second sleeve which is detachably disposed on the rotor and is released from engagement with the rotor by moving the sliding member toward the rear side of the lock body; a seat post disposed so as to be connected to the second sleeve; a return spring that enables the rotor to return to a neutral position; and a spring compression member that applies a biasing force in the direction in which the rotor engages with the second sleeve. At least a part of the spring compression member in the direction of the rotating shaft is coaxially overlapped with the return spring, and the spring compression member is arranged on the inner side of the return spring.
