The clamping type anti-falling device comprises an anti-breaking knife support plate and an electric lifting door body, and the anti-breaking knife support plate is fixed on the electric lifting door body. The anti-breaking knife support plate, an anti-breaking knife U-shaped groove support, a U-shaped stroke sliding block, a steel rope head fixing wheel, a fish-ridge-shaped anti-breaking knife, a tensioning wheel, a first rivet, a second rivet, a third rivet, a tension spring fixing bolt, a steel rope guiding supporting frame and a guide wheel support are matched with one another; the fish-ridge-shaped anti-breaking knife is straightened by means of the self weight of the door body; when a steel rope breaking accident occurs, the fish-ridge-shaped anti-breaking knife is in a protrusion state and is buckled at the position of a door body guiding groove, and the door body is forced to stop falling under mechanical effect, so a set of buckle anti-falling device based on mechanical transmission is formed; the lifting door with the device is more reliable and durable the anti-falling effect; and only a guide rail bayonet needs to be subjected to repair welding in the later maintenance period, the maintenance cost of the anti-falling device is low, and great convenience is brought to a user.
本发明公开了电动提升门卡位式防坠装置，包括防断刀支架板和电动提升门体，防断刀支架板固定在电动提升门体上。本发明通过防断刀支架板、防断刀U型槽托、U型行程滑块、钢绳头固定轮、鱼脊状防断刀、张紧轮、第一铆钉、第二铆钉、第三铆钉、拉簧固定栓、钢绳导向支撑架和导轮支架相互配合，利用门体自重，将鱼脊状防断刀拉直，当发生钢绳断裂事故时，鱼脊状防断刀处于凸出状态，并卡扣于门体导槽处，机械作用下迫停门体下坠，形成一套机械传动的卡扣防坠装置，安装具有本装置的提升门，使得提升门的防坠效果更为可靠和耐用，而且后期维护仅需补焊导轨卡口即可，使得防坠装置的维护成本低，给使用者带来极大的便利。
