The invention belongs to the technical field of light calcined magnesia for refractory industry, and particularly relates to a magnesite electric energy light calcined shaft kiln, a kiln body has a rectangular cross section, is sequentially divided into a preheating zone, a light calcined zone and a cooling zone, and is characterized in that electric energy is used as a heat source, a preheating hollow beam is arranged in the middle of the preheating zone, and a hole is formed in the bottom of the preheating hollow beam; a plurality of groups of parallel electric heating beams are vertically arranged in the light burning zone, and electric heaters are distributed on the electric heating beams; and multiple groups of heat exchangers are arranged in the cooling zone. The product has the beneficial effects that 1) electric energy is creatively used as a heat source for preparing the light calcined magnesia, so that the aim of emission reduction is fulfilled; 2) the heat exchanger is arranged between cold air and hot materials in the cooling zone, hot air serves as heat source air to be conveyed to the preheating zone to preheat the materials, and waste heat utilization is achieved; and 3) the practice proves that the power consumption of the shaft kiln is 1000 Kwh/t per ton of finished products, the standard coal consumption is converted to be 123 kg/t and is about 680 kwh/t lower than that of a magnesite suspension kiln, and the energy-saving and emission-reducing effects are remarkable.
本发明属于耐火工业用轻烧氧化镁技术领域,具体涉及一种菱镁石电能轻烧竖窑,窑体为矩形截面,依次分为预热带、轻烧带及冷却带,其特征在于:以电能为热源,预热带内居中设置预热空心梁,预热空心梁的底部开孔;轻烧带内垂直设置有多组平行排列的电加热梁,电加热梁上分布有电加热器;冷却带内设置有多组换热器。本发明的有益效果是:1)创造性的以电能为制备轻烧氧化镁的热源,实现减排目标。2)冷却带设置的冷空气与热物料之间的换热器,热空气作为热源空气送预热带预热物料,实现余热利用。3)实践证明,竖窑电耗为每吨成品1000Kwh/t,折合标准煤耗量为123kg/t,比菱镁石悬浮窑低约680kwh/t,节能减排效果显著。
