The invention discloses a system for disposing waste fan blades in a rotary kiln and a working method of the system, which belong to the technical field of resource recovery. The system comprises a blade crushing system, a raw material feeding system, a flue gas treatment system, a suspension preheater, a decomposing furnace, a rotary kiln, a clinker cooling device and a fan coal mill. The crushed waste fan blade particles are merged into a pneumatic conveying pipeline at the downstream of a fan coal mill and are conveyed into a rotary kiln together for pyrolysis and combustion, the heat value of the blade is utilized, and most of glass fibers directly fall into raw materials to participate in firing to form clinker; and a small number of glass fibers wrapped and taken away by the flue gas are finally separated by the multi-stage cyclone of the suspension preheater and are sent back into the cement kiln, so that the utilization rate of the glass fibers is extremely high. On the premise that normal operation of a cement kiln system is not affected, the system can achieve large waste blade handling capacity, and the system is high in adjusting flexibility; the harmless and recycling treatment of the waste fan blades can be smoothly realized, and good environment-friendly and economic benefits are generated.
本发明公开的一种在回转窑中处置废弃风机叶片的系统及其工作方法,属于资源回收技术领域。包括叶片破碎粉碎系统、生料进料系统、烟气处理系统、悬浮预热器、分解炉、回转窑、熟料冷却装置和风扇磨煤机。完成破碎的废弃风机叶片颗粒并入风扇磨煤机下游的气力输送管道,一并输送至回转窑内热解并燃烧,叶片热值被利用,大部分玻璃纤维直接落入生料中参与烧制形成熟料,被烟气裹挟带离的少数玻璃纤维也最终被悬浮预热器的多级旋风筒所分离并回送至水泥窑内,玻璃纤维利用率极高。本系统可在不影响水泥窑系统正常运行的前提下实现较大的废弃叶片处理量,系统调节灵活性高;可顺利实现风机废旧叶片的无害化与资源化处置,产生良好的环保与经济效益。
