Method for preparing reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor from eucalyptus tenuifolia leaves
The invention relates to the technical field of corrosion resistance and rust resistance of reinforced concrete, and particularly discloses a method for preparing a reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor by using eucalyptus tenuifolia leaves. The method comprises the following steps: 1, drying: drying the eucalyptus tenuifolia leaves to a constant weight; 2, powder preparing: grinding the eucalyptus tenuifolia leaves obtained in the step 1 into powder; 3, extraction: stirring and mixing 2-4 parts by mass of the powder collected in the step 2 and 6-8 parts by mass of distilled water until the powder and the distilled water are mixed uniformly, keeping the obtained mixed solution at the constant temperature of 20-30 DEG C for 22-30 hours, and performing filtering to obtain an extracting solution; 4, mixing and preparing: on the basis of the mass of the extracting solution obtained in the step 3, adding 0.8%-1.2% of one or more of triethanolamine, diethanol amine or diethanolisopropanolamine into the extracting solution obtained in the step 3, and performing uniform stirring to obtain the corrosion inhibitor for reinforced concrete. The corrosion inhibitor prepared by the method is safe, environment-friendly and good in corrosion inhibition effect.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土抗腐蚀阻锈技术领域,具体公开了一种利用细叶桉树叶制备钢筋混凝土阻锈剂的方法,包括如下制作步骤:步骤一、干燥;将细叶桉树叶干燥至衡重;步骤二、制作粉末;将步骤一中得到的细叶桉树叶磨成粉末;步骤三、萃取;按质量份,将2‑4份步骤二中收集的粉末与6‑8份蒸馏水搅拌混合直至混合均匀;将得到的混合液在20‑30℃下恒温22‑30h,过滤后得到提取液;步骤四、混合配制;以步骤三得到的提取液的质量为基准,将0.8%‑1.2%的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或二乙醇单异丙醇胺的一种或多种组合加入到步骤三中得到的提取液中并搅拌均匀,即得钢筋混凝土用的阻锈剂。通过本方法制备的阻锈剂安全环保且阻锈效果好。
