The invention discloses high-strength modified epoxy resin repair mortar and a preparation method thereof. The repair mortar comprises a component A and a component B. The component A and the component B are mixed according to the mass ratio of 3-5: 1, and the component A is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of modified epoxy resin, 40-50 parts of quartz sand and 10-15 parts of glass fiber; the component B is a curing agent, the modified epoxy resin is prepared from epoxy resin, p-toluene sulfonic acid, an organosilicon copolymer and a solvent, and the organosilicon copolymer is prepared from an organosilicon monomer, tetraethoxysilane, ethanol and sodium carbonate. The reason of using the epoxy resin as the main raw material of the repair mortar is that the epoxy resin has certain chemical resistance, heat resistance and electrical insulation performance, and the mortar prepared by using the epoxy resin as the raw material has a relatively strong adhesive force effect.
