The invention relates to the field of sawdust composite boards, in particular to a sawdust composite board and a processing method thereof.The sawdust composite board comprises a composite board body, the composite board body comprises a base material layer, bamboo strips distributed at equal intervals are pressed on the outer wall of the top of the base material layer, a slurry layer is pressed on the outer wall of the top of each bamboo strip, and a glass fiber layer is pressed on the outer wall of the top of each slurry layer; a slurry sealing layer is pressed on the outer wall of the top of the glass fiber layer, and the base material layer, the slurry layer and the slurry sealing layer comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15kg of magnesium chloride; 10 to 15 kg of magnesium oxide; and 8-12 kg of saw dust. The sawdust composite board can be sawed, planed and blanked, the holding force of nails is high, construction and redecoration are easy, boards such as a three-ply board and a gypsum board can be replaced, the bamboo strips and the glass fiber layers enable the boards to have better strength, saw dust can be fully utilized, the saw dust composite board is firm, durable, attractive in appearance and low in manufacturing cost, and waste of resources is avoided.
