The invention provides a preparation method of high-density boron nitride self-lubricating composite ceramic, which comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing hBN powder and hydroxyl polymerized aluminum sol to form slurry with flowability, and carrying out ball milling, wet mixing, uniform mixing and drying on the slurry to obtain composite powder; placing the composite powder in a steel mold, and carrying out dry pressing to form a boron nitride self-lubricating composite ceramic green body; and then putting the mixture into a graphite mold, and carrying out spark plasma pressure sintering densification in a vacuum environment, so as to obtain the high-density boron nitride self-lubricating composite ceramic. The boron nitride self-lubricating composite ceramic of the hBN-Al2O3 system, which is prepared by taking the hydroxyl polymerized aluminum sol as a sintering aid, has the density of 97%, has excellent mechanical properties and self-lubricating properties, and can meet the requirements of high-speed running dynamic sealing parts of mechanical equipment on lubricating and sealing materials.
本发明提供了一种高致密氮化硼自润滑复合陶瓷的制备方法,是先将hBN粉体与羟基聚合铝溶胶混合形成具有流动性的浆料,浆料经球磨湿混均匀,干燥,得到复合粉体;再将复合粉体置于钢模具中并干压形成氮化硼自润滑复合陶瓷坯体;随后置于石墨模具,在真空环境下采用放电等离子加压烧结致密化,即得高致密氮化硼自润滑复合陶瓷。本发明以羟基聚合铝溶胶作为烧结助剂,制备的hBN‑Al2O3体系的氮化硼自润滑复合陶瓷致密度可达97%,并具有优异的力学性能和自润滑性能,可以满足机械装备高速运转动密封部件对润滑与密封材料的需求。
