Compression-resistant foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses compression-resistant foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The compression-resistant foam concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of phosphogypsum; 10-20 parts of cement clinker; 40-60 parts of fly ash; 40-60 parts of mineral powder; 10-15 parts of anti-cracking fiber; 60-70 parts of a first water agent; 40-50 parts of a second water agent; 40-50 parts of a third water agent; 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent; 2-7 parts of a foaming agent; the foaming agent is formed by mixing lauryl sodium sulfate, dodecanol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium gluconate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the foaming agent and the first water agent to obtain foam; carrying out ball milling on phosphogypsum, cement clinker and the second water agent to obtain phosphogypsum slurry; adding fly ash, mineral powder, anti-crack fibers and the like into the phosphogypsum slurry, and stirring to obtain foamed cement; and pouring and curing the foamed cement. The pressure-resistant foam concrete prepared by the method has the advantage of high pressure resistance.
