Hoop combination device and method for eliminating defects of seamed connection track
The invention discloses a tightening combination device and method for eliminating the defect of a seamed connection track. The method comprises the following steps: adopting a convex cross fit which is integrated with a track clamping plate to make up the gap gap where two steel rails are butted to replace the steel rails to uninterruptedly fit and support wheels so as to eliminate the non-support defect, and enabling the wheels to pass through the gap gap in a smooth transition manner by virtue of the track convex; or enabling the inclined stack supports to be attached to the two sides of the track clamping plate, enabling the suspended sleeper beam to be attached to the inclined stack supports and fastened with the bottom of the steel rail through bolts to form a triangular stack body tightening ring, and hooping the track clamping plate and the steel rail together to prevent the track clamping plate from slipping off; or fixing the lever beam on the sleeper to carry the tightening ring so as to form a lever supporting force; when the gravity of wheels presses downwards, enabling the center of the suspended sleeper beam to sink slightly, enabling the inner and outer inclined stamps to form inward extrusion force for approaching the steel rail on the two side track clamping plates, eliminating the risk of breakage of external component force of bolts of the track clamping plates, and dispersing and transmitting the heavy pressure of the wheels synchronously, and fully releasing the heavy pressure on a sleeper roadbed; therefore, the shock absorption and noise reduction effects of seamless stable passing of the seamed connection track are achieved.
