The microwave heating and stirring system comprises a microwave transmitting device, a pot body, a stirring device, a driving device, and a feeding hole and a discharging hole which are formed in the pot body; the microwave transmitting device is arranged at the top of the pot body and forms a microwave resonance heating space with the pot body; and the stirring device is arranged in the pot body and is used for stirring the asphalt mixture. Microwave and a vertical stirring system are integrated, so that rapid and uniform heating of the asphalt mixture is realized, asphalt is prevented from being aged and scorched, and the pavement performance of the asphalt mixture is improved; a heating system, a control system and an asphalt system are integrated, modularization of pavement maintenance equipment is achieved, and the technical problems that emission of a traditional comprehensive maintenance vehicle cannot meet the new standard, and a special vehicle needs to be declared for license plate are solved.
