The invention discloses an intelligent asphalt road water-cooling microwave maintenance truck and a cooling control method, and relates to the technical field of microwave maintenance trucks. The maintenance truck comprises a truck body, a microwave heating device, a microwave power supply device and a heat dissipation mechanism. The method comprises the steps: enabling a controller to receive a temperature signal sent by a temperature sensor, and comparing the temperature signal with a preset temperature: if the temperature signal is larger than the preset temperature range, sending an uplink control signal to an electric valve to adjust and increase the opening degree of the electric valve, so the flow flowing through a pipeline is increased; if the temperature is smaller than the preset temperature range, sending a downlink control signal to the electric valve to adjust and reduce the opening degree of the electric valve, so the flow flowing through the pipeline is reduced. The temperature signal generated by the temperature sensor is obtained, and the temperature signal is compared with the preset temperature, so that the opening degree of the electric valve is adjusted. The microwave heating device and the microwave power supply device are intelligently controlled, and manual control is replaced, so that the operation is more convenient.
