The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly discloses a paved road surface flatness control device which comprises a shell, a marking device, a dust collection device and a cleaning device. The bottom of the shell is provided with a walking wheel; the marking device comprises a detection wheel arranged at the bottom of the shell, a fixed cylinder and an ink storage cavity which are arranged in the shell, a first piston arranged in an inner groove of the fixed cylinder in a sliding mode, and a second piston arranged in the ink storage cavity in a sliding mode; the bottom of the first piston is connected with the detection wheel through a push rod, an elastic piece is connected between the first piston and the inner wall of the bottom of the fixing cylinder, the upper portion of the ink storage cavity is connected with the upper portion of the inner groove through a connecting pipe, and the lower portion of the ink storage cavity is communicated with a spray head located above the detection wheel. The invention provides a paved road surface flatness control device convenient to move and capable of cleaning marks.
