The invention provides an integrated enclosed control recovery system. The integrated enclosed control recovery system comprises an oil spill enclosure module, and the oil spill enclosure module comprises a sea surface oil sweeper, a flow guide oil-water separation speed brake and an oil collecting pool. The sea surface oil sweeper is used for sweeping oil floating on the water surface; the oil collecting pool is used for collecting and accommodating oil; and the flow guide oil-water separation speed brake is used for realizing oil-water separation. When an oil spilling accident occurs, the oil spilling enclosure module can be directly laid on the water surface for oil spilling enclosure, collection, oil-water separation and storage, and the oil can be pumped into a dirty oil cabin of a towing ship through an oil delivery pump. According to the integrated enclosed control recovery system, the oil spilling enclosure module can rapidly collect spilled oil on the water surface, the oil collecting pool of the oil spilling enclosure module can store 5-30 m<3> of spilled oil at a time without spilling, an unloading pump (oil delivery pump) can be not used for unloading in the spilled oil collecting period, and unified unloading is carried out after the spilled oil is collected at a time, so that the working efficiency and the utilization rate of on-site spilled oil storage space are improved.
一种集成化围控回收系统,包括溢油围集模块,溢油围集模块包括有海面扫油器、导流油水分离减速板以及集油池。海面扫油器用于对水面上漂浮的油液进行扫油;集油池用于收集、容纳油液;导流油水分离减速板用于实现油水分离。出现溢油事故时,溢油围集模块能够直接布放到水面上进行溢油围控捕捉、收集、油水分离、存储并可通过输油泵泵送到拖带船只的污油舱内。在本发明所提供的集成化围控回收系统中,溢油围集模块能够快速收集水面上的溢油,并且其自带的集油池可以一次存储5‑30m3的溢油而不会溢出,在溢油收集期间可以不使用卸载泵(输油泵)卸载,待一次性收集满溢油后再统一卸载,这样可以提高工作效率和现场溢油存储空间的利用率。
