The invention discloses a construction method of a bonded pre-stressed anchor cable externally sleeved with a corrugated pipe. The construction method comprises the steps of construction preparation, platform and drilling machine in-place, hole forming, hole cleaning, pre-stressed anchor cable body manufacturing, anchor cable installation, corrugated pipe external grouting, anchoring section grouting, anchor pier pouring, tensioning and compensation tensioning, and hole sealing backfill grouting. An added cable body structure is composed of a guide cap, a steel strand, an isolation support, a grouting loop, an anchorage pier and the like; and a corrugated pipe is additionally arranged between the cable body and a rock surface for corrosion prevention, the cable body and a rock wall are separated, an anti-seepage system with a very good water blocking effect is formed, and therefore, the use functionality of the anchor cable is not affected, while the influence of external factors on the steel strand can be well reduced.
本发明公开了一种外套波纹管的有粘结预应力锚索施工方法，通过施工准备、平台和钻机就位、造孔、清孔、预应力锚索体制作、锚索安装、波纹管外灌浆、锚固段灌浆、锚墩浇筑、张拉和补偿张拉、封孔回填灌浆的工序，增加后的索体结构由导向帽、钢绞线、隔离支架、注浆回路、锚墩等结构组成，在索体与岩面间增加一道波纹管防腐，将索体和岩壁隔开，构成了阻水效果十分良好的防渗体系，在不影响锚索使用的功能性外，还能够很好的降低外界因素对钢绞线的影响。
