The efficient and environment-friendly static pressure pile construction method comprises the following steps that the center of a to-be-piled area is determined, and a center rod is placed at the center of the ground; the center rod is sleeved with a discharging device, and the discharging device rotates; a thin film is laid above gravels, the center of the thin film penetrates through the center rod, the center of a water storage tank penetrates through the center rod, and the water outlet of the water storage tank is opened and closed through a control device on the center rod; water in the water storage tank penetrates through the thin film along the outer wall of the center rod and then diffuses towards the circumferential walls of the gravels; when water permeates until no obvious accumulated water exists on the surfaces of the gravels, the thin film is removed and airing is conducted until the water on the surfaces of the gravels is evaporated; a sweeping plate is fixedly arranged outside the center rod in a sleeving manner, and a pushing device of the sweeping plate is used for pushing the gathered gravels to ensure that the gravels are circumferentially stacked; a sunken opening is drilled by using a drill bit of a drilling machine; the drilling machine is removed; and a static pile pressing-in machine is in place. The construction method has the effect of ensuring uniform laying of gravels, and the working efficiency of static pressure pile construction is improved.
