The invention relates to a construction method for emergency rescue treatment of soil landslide through high polymer grouting. The scheme comprises the following construction steps of carrying out landslide surface cleaning on a potential landslide body, and sorting out an operation platform; drilling the landslide surface of the landslide body to form a plurality of grouting reinforcement holes; performing grouting operation on each composite pipe through a grouting pipe, wherein the material for the grouting operation is a two-component expansive high polymer material, and a grout stop valve is arranged at a pipe opening of the grouting pipe; lifting the grouting pipe according to a set speed, staying for a set time when the grouting pipe is lifted to a sliding belt, then continuing to lift the grouting pipe, and meanwhile, continuously performing grouting; when the pipe bottom elevation of the grouting pipe exceeds that of a steel floral pipe, stopping the grouting operation; pulling out the grouting pipe, and meanwhile detaching and recycling the steel pipe; and performing the grouting operation on each grouting reinforcement hole again to form a high polymer micropile. The construction method has the advantages that the damage to mountains and the ecological environment is reduced, the construction is convenient, and the stability and strength of the landslide body are remarkably improved.
本发明涉及一种高聚物注浆应急抢险处置土质滑坡的施工方法,该方案包括以下施工步骤:对潜在滑坡体进行坡面清理,整理出操作平台;对所述滑坡体的坡面进行钻孔处理形成多个注浆加固孔;通过注浆管对每个所述复合管进行注浆操作,其中注浆操作的材料为双组份膨胀性高聚物材料,注浆管管口处设有止浆阀;按照设定速度提升所述注浆管,待提升至滑动带处时停留设定时间再继续提升所述注浆管,同时不间断进行注浆;待注浆管管底标高超过钢花管时停止注浆操作;拔出注浆管,同时拆下回收钢管;再次对每个所述注浆加固孔进行注浆操作形成高聚物微型桩,该发明具有减少对山体和生态环境的破坏,施工方便且坡体稳定性和强度显著提高的优点。
