The invention discloses a modular assembly type prestressed retaining wall and a construction method thereof. The modular assembly type prestressed retaining wall comprises a bottom plate, supporting arms, a plurality of groups of wall single bodies, secondary pouring belts, fixing blocks and connecting plates, wherein the supporting arms are respectively arranged between the adjacent wall single bodies and the outer side edge ends of the wall single bodies located at the two ends correspondingly; the included angle between each wall body single body and the corresponding supporting arm is 90 degrees, each wall body single body and the corresponding supporting arm are connected through a connecting plate, the peripheries of the bottoms of the supporting arms and the wall body single bodies are surrounded by the fixing blocks, the bottom ends of the wall body single bodies, the supporting arms and the fixing blocks are all inserted into reserved inserting grooves of the bottom plate, and joints among the wall body single bodies, the supporting arms and the fixing blocks are filled with the secondary pouring belts respectively. Reserved common steel bar and prestressed steel bar hole channels are formed in the wall body single bodies. The modular assembly type prestressed retaining wall is simple in component and convenient to operate. Stress is reasonable, prestressed tendons can resist part of tensile stress in a tensile area in the wall body, and better stability and non-deformability are achieved.
本发明公布了一种模块化装配式预应力挡土墙及其施工方法,包括底板、扶臂、墙体单体、二次浇带、固定块和连接板,墙体单体为若干组,相邻墙体单体之间以及位于两端的墙体单体的外侧边缘端各设置一个扶臂,墙体单体和扶臂之间的夹角为90°,两者通过连接板连接,所述扶臂和墙体单体底部周围用固定块围护,墙体单体、扶臂和固定块的底端均插装在底板的预留插槽内,墙体单体、扶臂与固定块之间的接缝处分别填充有二次浇带;所述墙体单体内部设置有预留普通钢筋和预应力钢筋孔道。本发明构件简单、操作方便。受力合理,其预应力筋可以在墙体内部受拉区抵抗部分拉应力,有更好稳定性,抗变形能力。
