The invention relates to a fabricated field test device for testing the bearing capacity and friction force of a foundation. The device comprises ground anchor round pipes, foundation steel plates, vertical beams, cross beams and other structures. Through holes are formed in the periphery of the foundation steel plates, and after the bottom ends of round steel pipes of foundation round pipe penetrate through the through holes, first steel plates are fixedly connected with the foundation steel plates. The middles of the foundation steel plates are fixedly connected with second steel plates of the vertical beams. Foundation anchoring force and sandbag stacking load on the bearing boards are simultaneously used as counter-force, and field tests of high bearing capacity and friction force can be carried out. The device has the advantages of being safe, reliable, simple and convenient to load and unload, convenient to transport and the like.
