Steel module splicing structure
The invention discloses a steel module splicing structure. Each steel module comprises at least four stand columns located at the corners, a lower-layer cross beam located at the top of the module and an upper-layer cross beam located at the bottom of the module. The upper-layer cross beams and the lower-layer cross beams are double-web I-shaped steel beams or double-channel steel combined beams; the upper-layer modules and the lower-layer modules adjacent to each other are fixed by bolts penetrating through the upper-layer cross beams of the lower-layer modules and the lower-layer cross beams of the upper-layer modules, and bolts are arranged between two webs of the double-web I-shaped steel beams or the double-channel steel combined beams in a penetrating mode and are parallel to the two webs; and the double-channel steel composite beams comprise connecting plates, and the connecting plates connect and fix flange plates on one sides of the two channel steel in a welding mode to form the composite beam. The steel module splicing structure is suitable for assembling type modularized additionally-installed elevators, and is good in firmness, labor-saving, material-saving and attractive in appearance.
本发明公开了一种钢模块拼接结构,每个钢模块包含位于角部的立柱至少四根、位于模块顶部的下层横梁和位于模块底部的上层横梁;上层横梁和下层横梁均为双腹板工字钢梁或双槽钢组合梁;上下层相邻模块之间,通过螺栓穿过下层模块的上层横梁和上层模块的下层横梁进行固定,螺栓穿设于双腹板工字钢梁或双槽钢组合梁的两腹板之间且与两腹板平行;所述双槽钢组合梁包括连接板,所述连接板通过焊接的方式将两根槽钢的一侧翼缘板连接固定形成组合梁。该钢模块拼接结构,适用于装配式模块化加装电梯,牢固性好、省工省料、外表美观。
