The invention discloses an assembly type prestress reinforced cross-laminated wood floor. The floor comprises at least one cross-laminated wood flat plate placed in the width direction of the floor, at least one laminated wood beam fixedly connected with the bottom of at least one cross-laminated wood flat plate and used for improving the bearing capacity of the floor, at least one prestressed steel cable or steel bar positioned in at least one laminated wood beam and arranged close to the bottom of at least one laminated wood beam, supporting plates located at the two ends of each laminated wood beam and used for fixing the prestressed steel cables or steel bars and dispersing pressure stress at the ends of the laminated wood beams, and prestress adjusting pieces arranged between the prestressed steel cables or steel bars and the supporting plates. The assembly type floor is built in the modes of factory prefabrication, field hoisting and tensioning adjustment, has the advantages of being convenient to transport, easy and rapid to install, large in span, high in machining precision, good in size stability, high in decoration performance and the like, and can obviously improve the bearing capacity of a CLT floor plate and relieve or avoid the phenomenon that the floor is bent due to wood creep.
