The double-layer sunlight room comprises a sunlight room body, first and second shielding plates installed outside the sunlight room body, a driving mechanism used for driving the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate to be folded or unfolded oppositely, and a top cover arranged above the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate in a covering mode; the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate can relatively slide to be in a folded state and an unfolded state; when the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate are in the folded state, the second shielding plate is located between the first shielding plate and the sunlight room body; and when the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate are in the unfolded state, the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate are spread on the outer side of the sunlight room body and at least partially wrap the sunlight room body. The shielding plates are unfolded to shield the side faces of the sunlight room when needed, so that the sunshade or heat preservation effect is achieved; and the shielding plates are folded on the side faces of the sunlight room when not needed.
