The handle reversing mechanism comprises a seat body, a handle which rotates around a preset axis and is pivoted on the seat body, a rotating piece which is arranged on the handle and can be switched between a first rotating position and a second rotating position around the preset axis, and a resetting mechanism which is used for resetting the rotating piece deviating from the first rotating position to the first rotating position or resetting the rotating piece deviating from the second rotating position to the second rotating position; and the rotating piece is provided with a first wire passing channel, and the handle is provided with a second wire passing channel communicated with the first wire passing channel. In the process of rotating the handle, a wire harness can rotate along with the handle and the rotating piece, and therefore the wire harness is not prone to being damaged. and in addition, reversing of the handle can be achieved by switching the handle between the first rotating position and the second rotating position, and great convenience is achieved.
