According to the curtain winding and unwinding device, the humidity of the window side is measured through a humidity sensor, the humidity value is sent to the intelligent control module, the intelligent control module controls a third motor to be started, the automatic window closing mechanisms are driven to move oppositely, and when two optoelectronic switches simultaneously move to the position where emitters of the optoelectronic switches on the two sides and corresponding receivers are linearly distributed, electric push rods are started.
