The intelligent curtain winding and unwinding device comprises a top-mounted support; a transmission support used for hanging curtain cloth is arranged below the top-mounted support; pull ropes distributed in an array mode are fixed to the transmission support; a winding mechanism used for winding the pull ropes is arranged on the top-mounted support; and automatic window closing mechanisms which are symmetrically distributed are slidably arranged on the side, close to a window, of the top-mounted support; a second driving mechanism used for controlling the automatic window closing mechanisms to slide is fixed to the top-mounted support; and the curtain winding and unwinding device further comprises an intelligent control module of an intelligent curtain and a control terminal. According to the curtain winding and unwinding device, the humidity of the window side is measured through a humidity sensor, the humidity value is sent to the intelligent control module, the intelligent control module controls a third motor to be started, the automatic window closing mechanisms are driven to move oppositely, and when two optoelectronic switches simultaneously move to the position where emitters of the optoelectronic switches on the two sides and corresponding receivers are linearly distributed, electric push rods are started. The intelligent degree of the winding and unwinding device is high.
