The waste incineration fly ash curing agent comprises sulphoaluminate cement, and the mass fraction of calcium sulphoaluminate in clinker of the sulphoaluminate cement is not less than 80%. When the sulphoaluminate cement clinker with the calcium sulphoaluminate mass fraction not lower than 80% is used for curing the waste incineration fly ash, the hydrated material is more compact, heavy metal can be better combined with hydrated ore, and therefore the leaching amount of the heavy metal is reduced, it can be guaranteed that the leaching amount of the heavy metal meets the standard, and the mixing amount of the sulphoaluminate cement can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种垃圾焚烧飞灰固化剂及制备方法与处理方法,包括硫铝酸盐水泥,所述硫铝酸盐水泥的熟料中硫铝酸钙的质量分数不低于80%。本发明采用硫铝酸钙的质量分数不低于80%的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料用于固化垃圾焚烧飞灰处理时,水化后的材料更为致密,能够使重金属更好的和水化后的矿相结合,从而降低重金属的浸出量,因而不仅能够保证重金属的浸出量符合标准,而且能够大大降低该硫铝酸盐水泥的掺量。
