The invention discloses a single-component ceramic tile adhesive with good thermal aging property, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 65 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 40 to 50 parts of sand, 0.1 to 0.2 part of water-retaining agent, 0.5 to 1 part of early strength agent, 1 to 3 parts of redispersible latex powder and 3 to 8 parts of modified filler, the sand comprises sand with the average particle size of 0.15 mm and sand with the average particle size of 0.3 mm, the mass ratio of the sand to the sand is 3: (1-2), and the modified filler comprises multilevel structure metal nanoparticles and porous carbon nanoribbons. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the single-component ceramic tile adhesive. The prepared single-component ceramic tile adhesive is excellent in adhesive property and good in thermal aging property.
