The invention discloses a multifunctional waterproof enhanced coating material, a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The coating material is composed of a liquid material component and a powder material component in a weight ratio of 1:4-1:1, wherein the liquid material component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 40 parts of styrene-butadiene emulsion and/or 20 to 35 parts of acrylic emulsion A, 10 to 20 parts of acrylic emulsion B, 10 to 20 parts of nano water-based acrylic emulsion, 2 to 3 parts of non-ionic water-based silane-siloxane emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 part of an anticorrosive bactericide, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a de-foaming agent, 2 to 5 parts of a film forming agent and 25 to 40 parts of water, and the powder component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of cement, 25 to 40 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 25 to 40 parts of quartz sand, 1 to 2 parts of ethylene/vinyl laurate/vinyl chloride ternary copolymer rubber powder and 0.05 to 0.1 part of modified cellulose ether. According to the invention, due to the good water repellency and impermeability and interface bonding strength, the waterproof reinforced coating material disclosed by the invention not only can have excellent waterproof ability in a short time, but also has water resistance of keeping the waterproof ability in a severe environment due to long-term wading.
