The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and discloses a mechanical pavement grooving machine which comprises a cutter head. A shaft sleeve is fixedly mounted in the middle of the cutter head, a center shaft is fixedly mounted in the shaft sleeve, a mounting groove I is formed in the cutter head, and a connecting rod is fixedly mounted in the center of the interior of the mounting groove I; and one end of the connecting rod is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the shaft sleeve. The cutter bit and the cutter head are divided into two structures, the cutter head and the cutter bit are fixed through the crossed fixing rods and the magnetic force between the arc-shaped clamping plate and the clamping ring, due to the fact that the multiple fixing devices are arranged, the cutter bit is divided into four large blocks in order to conveniently calibrate the mounting groove, and the partitioned cutter bit is easy and convenient to calibrate during mounting; and meanwhile, due to different road surface component materials and different damage conditions of each cutter bit, only the seriously damaged cutter bit needs to be replaced during replacement, cutter bit waste caused by replacement of the complete cutter bit is avoided, and the later cutter bit replacement cost is reduced.
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,且公开了一种机械式路面切槽机,包括刀盘,所述刀盘的中部固定安装有轴套,所述轴套的内部固定安装有中心轴,所述刀盘上开设有安装槽Ⅰ,所述安装槽Ⅰ的内部中心位置固定安装有连接杆,所述连接杆的一端固定安装在轴套的外侧。本发明通过将刀头与刀盘分成两个结构,利用交叉的固定杆以及弧形卡板与卡环之间的磁力来固定刀盘与刀头,由于固定装置设有多个,为了方便校对安装槽,将刀头分成四大块,分块的刀头在安装时简便易校准,同时由于路面成分材质不同,每块刀头受损情况不同,更换时只需更换受损严重的刀头,避免完整的刀头更换时造成的刀头浪费,降低了后期刀头更换的成本。
