The invention relates to a variable cross-section bridge pier steel bar binding mould which comprises at least two longitudinal steel bars, a plurality of groups of triangular supports and vertical steel bars, and the length of the longitudinal steel bars is the same with that of a bridge pier and is consistent with the position of a stress full-length steel bar in the bridge pier; a plurality of triangular supports and vertical steel bars connected with the triangular supports are longitudinally arranged on the variable cross-section part of the bridge pier, and the triangular supports and the vertical steel bars are welded to the longitudinal steel bars; and a plurality of triangular supports and vertical steel bars connected with the triangular supports are longitudinally arranged on the uniform-section portion of the pier, the triangular supports and the vertical steel bars are welded to the longitudinal steel bars, the triangular supports and the vertical steel bars on the uniform-section portion are placed on I-shaped steel, transverse steel bars are arranged between the adjacent positions, and the sides of the I-shaped steel are welded to the triangular supports and the vertical steel bars. The problems that in the prior art, the steel bar binding distance is not uniform, steel bar connection is not standard, and a steel bar protection layer does not meet the requirement are effectively solved, and the standardization degree, the working efficiency and the safety are greatly improved.
