The invention provides a steel support fixed end structure at an axial force meter. The steel support fixed end structure comprises a steel support, a flange plate bottom plate and the axial force meter, wherein the flange plate bottom plate is located on a steel support fixed end, the axial force meter is arranged between the flange plate bottom plate and a foundation pit enclosure structure, the steel support fixed end is filled with concrete, stiffening ribs are arranged between the flange plate bottom plate and the outer wall of the steel support, and bolt holes which are used for installing bolts are formed in the edge of the flange plate bottom plate. The invention further provides a construction method for the steel support fixed end at the axial force meter. After the steel support is erected, a hole is drilled in the side wall of the steel support fixed end, and then the steel support fixed end is filled with concrete; and the counterforce of the axial force meter is borne by the whole steel support fixed end filled with concrete. The steel support fixed end structure at the axial force meter has the advantages of obvious effect, simplicity in operation and good economy and has a strong application prospect, and the problem of insufficient strength of the flange plate bottom plate at the axial force meter is solved.
