Pile testing method for cast-in-situ bored pile
The embodiment of the invention discloses a pile testing method for a cast-in-situ bored pile. The pile testing method comprises the following steps that a pile hole is drilled, the cast-in-situ bored pile is poured in the pile hole, a designed elevation position is arranged in the pile hole, and the pile hole comprises a non-experimental section on the upper side of the designed elevation position and an experimental section on the lower side of the designed elevation position; the soil on the peripheral side of the non-experimental section is soften to form a softening area; a sleeve is inserted into the softening area; the sleeve and the cast-in-situ bored pile are coaxially arranged, and a gap is formed between the sleeve and the cast-in-situ bored pile; the filler in the gap is replaced with a liquid medium; and pile testing is conducted. According to the pile testing method, the soil on the peripheral side of the non-experimental section is softened to form the softening area, then the sleeve is inserted into the softening area, and the filler between the sleeve and the cast-in-situ bored pile is replaced with the liquid medium, so that the friction force between the cast-in-situ bored pile and the non-experimental section is greatly reduced or even eliminated, and during pile testing, interference of a non-experimental section is eliminated, and the accuracy of a pile testing result is improved.
本申请实施例公开了一种钻孔灌注桩的试桩方法,包括如下步骤:进行桩孔钻孔,并在桩孔内进行钻孔灌注桩的浇筑,桩孔内具有设计标高位置,桩孔包括:设计标高位置上侧的非实验段、位于设计标高位置下侧的实验段;将非实验段周侧的土壤软化处理,形成软化区;在软化区插入套管;套管与钻孔灌注桩同轴设置,并与钻孔灌注桩之间形成间隙;将间隙内的填充物置换成液态介质;进行试桩。本申请实施例先将非实验段周侧的土壤软化处理,形成软化区,然后在软化区插入套管,再将套管与钻孔灌注桩之间的填充物替换成液态介质,大大减小甚至消除了钻孔灌注桩与非实验段之间的摩擦力。在进行试桩时,消除了非实验段的干扰,提升了试桩结果的准确性。
