The construction method is characterized in that an upstream drainage pipe is inserted into an existing current pipeline connected with an upstream well, and a downstream drainage pipe is inserted into an existing current pipeline connected with a downstream well; a dilatation drainage tank is arranged in the current well, and the upstream drainage pipe and the downstream drainage pipe are connected with the dilatation drainage tank; sewage in the current well is discharged, and sludge in the current well is cleared until a water-free operation environment is formed in the current well; and pipe jacking construction relative to the current well is carried out at the set position, and pipe jacking connection in the current well is completed. According to the construction method for pipe jacking connection in the current well, the water-free operation environment can be provided for construction of new pipe jacking connection in the current well, so that the construction is convenient; in the construction process, water does not need to be cut off, and normal use of the current well is not influenced; and due to the good construction environment, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
