The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a large-span heavy cantilever truss. The method comprises the steps that a lower primary temporary support is installed; a hanging beam is installed above the primary temporary support; the cantilever truss is installed above a hanging structure; side trusses are installed on the outer sides of the cantilever trusses, and hanging columns are installed between the lower chord of the cantilever truss and the hanging beam; stayed cables are installed between the lower chord and the upper chord of the cantilever truss, and prestress tensioning is conducted on the cantilever truss; the temporary support is dismantled, and curtain wall trusses are installed on the outer sides of the side trusses; and a roof structure is installed, and a truss concrete floor is poured, so as to finish construction of the cantilever truss. Through the installation of the primary temporary support, the installation of the hanging beam is facilitated; through the arrangement of a secondary temporary support, the purpose of supporting the cantilever truss is achieved, and the problem that the hanging columns cannot be pressed during installation is solved; and prestress tensioning is carried out through the stay cables, the purpose of assisting in bearing the load of the cantilever truss is achieved, the construction method is simple and convenient, and the construction quality is easy to control.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其是一种大跨度重型悬挑桁架施工方法,包括下部首级临时支撑安装;于首级临时支撑上方安装吊挂梁;于吊挂结构上方安装悬挑桁架;于悬挑桁架的外侧安装边桁架并于悬挑桁架下弦与吊挂梁之间安装吊挂柱;于悬挑桁架下弦和上弦杆之间安装斜拉索,进行悬挑桁架预应力张拉;拆除临时支撑,并于边桁架的外侧安装幕墙桁架;安装出屋面结构,浇筑桁架混凝土楼板,完成悬挑桁架的施工。通过首级临时支撑的安装,便于吊挂梁的安装。通过二级临时支撑的设置,起到了对悬挑桁架进行支撑的目的,同时解决吊挂柱安装无法受压的问题。通过斜拉索进行预应力张拉,起到辅助承载悬挑桁架的载荷的目的,施工方法简便,施工质量易控制。
