Abstract

The invention discloses a fast-assembly supporting formwork for early disassembly of a board. A main keel and an early-disassembly strip-shaped supporting secondary keel are conveniently positioned and connected through a fast-assembly supporting assembly, and the main keel and the early-disassembly secondary keel are conveniently positioned and connected through a fast-assembly connecting piece. The invention further discloses a fast-assembly supporting method of the fast-assembly supporting formwork for early disassembly of the board. Efficient and convenient assembly, adjustment and subsequent early disassembly of the main and secondary keel supporting structures are achieved. Efficient and convenient assembly and disassembly of the board early-disassembly supporting formwork are achieved; meanwhile, the mounting position of the early-disassembly secondary keel and the height of the whole board early-disassembly supporting formwork can be flexibly adjusted according to the board mounting working condition, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved on the premise that the stability and strength of the board early-disassembly supporting formwork are guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种用于板面早拆的快装支撑模架，通过快装支撑组件实现主龙骨与早拆条形支撑次龙骨之间的便捷定位连接，通过快装连接件实现主龙骨与早拆次龙骨之间的便捷定位连接；本发明还公开了一种用于板面早拆的快装支撑模架的快装支撑方法，实现主次龙骨支撑结构的高效便捷拼装、调节以及后续早拆，实现板面早拆支撑模架的高效便捷安装及拆卸、同时能够根据板面安装工况灵活调节早拆次龙骨的安装位置以及整个板面早拆支撑模架高度的灵活调节、在保证了板面早拆支撑模架稳固性和强度的前提下大大提高了施工效率。
