The invention relates to a concrete pouring aluminum alloy formwork assembling, supporting and reinforcing method. The method comprises a first mounting column, a second mounting column, a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a reinforcing device and a moving device are included. According to the method, the following problems possibly encountered in the pouring process of an existing concrete wall body can be solved that a, in the concrete pouring process, concrete can generate certain extrusion force on formworks, so that the formworks are possibly deformed, and the manufactured wall body is nonuniform in thickness and poorer in quality; and b, in the process that the formworks deform, gaps are likely to appear between the formworks at the corners, so that poured concrete flows out of the formworks from the gaps, concrete waste is caused, and the pouring cost is increased.
本发明涉及一种混凝土浇筑铝合金模板拼装支撑加固方法,包括第一安装柱、第二安装柱、一号安装板、二号安装板、加固装置和移动装置。本发明可以解决现有的混凝土墙体在进行浇筑的过程中可能会遇到以下难题:a.混凝土浇筑过程中,混凝土会对模板产生一定的挤压力,可能导致模板本身出现形变,从而导致制得的墙体厚度不均,质量较差;b.在模板自身出现形变的过程中,转角处的模板之间容易出现缝隙,导致浇筑的混凝土从缝隙中流出模板,从而造成混凝土的浪费,导致浇筑成本增加。
