Process for producing composite 42.5 cement by adopting large-dosage mixed material
The invention discloses a process for producing composite 42.5 cement by adopting a large-dosage mixed material. The process comprises the steps of proportioning sulphoaluminate cement clinker, submerged arc furnace granulated slag micro powder and calcined coal gangue micro powder according to a formula; conveying the sulphoaluminate cement clinker, the submerged arc furnace granulated slag micro-powder and the calcined coal gangue micro-powder into a cement grinding mill together for grinding operation; adding an early strength agent, a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent and a dispersing agent which are proportioned into the ground mixture, continuously grinding through the cement grinding mill, and discharging the mixture from a grinding head of the cement grinding mill; and conveying the mixed material discharged from the grinding head of the cement grinding mill into a finished product homogenizing bin through an elevator, and homogenizing the mixed material by air generated at the bottom of the finished product homogenizing bin to obtain the high-performance cement. The process has the advantages of low carbon, low alkalinity, acid and alkali resistance, early strength and rapid hardening, continuous increase of later strength, improvement of the safety and durability of reinforced concrete, and great reduction of the doping proportion of cement clinker in high-performance cement.
本发明公开了一种采用大掺量混合材生产复合42.5水泥的工艺,按照配方将硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、矿热炉粒化渣微粉和煅烧煤矸石微粉配料;将硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、矿热炉粒化渣微粉、煅烧煤矸石微粉一起输送到水泥磨机内进行研磨作业;向研磨后的混合料中加入配料好的早强剂、减水剂、引气剂和分散剂,继续通过水泥磨机进行研磨,从水泥磨机磨头处出来的混合物料;从水泥磨机磨头处出来的混合物料通过提升机输送到成品均化仓中,通过成品均化仓底部产生的空气均化后得到高性能水泥。本发明具有低碳、低碱度,耐酸碱,早强快硬,后期强度持续增长,提高钢筋混凝土的安全性和耐久性,可大大减少高性能水泥中水泥熟料的掺入比例的优点。
