Green high-performance recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses green high-performance recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The green high-performance recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 120 parts of cement, 80 to 100 parts of natural fine aggregate, 150 to 250 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 20 to 30 parts of modified recycled fine aggregate, 20 to 30 parts of nano silica fume powder and 40 to 60 parts of water, and the modified recycled coarse aggregate and the modified recycled fine aggregate are both prepared by the following steps: waste concrete is subjected to crushing, particle shaping, primary screening, soaking, drying, mineralized bacteria culture solution modification and secondary screening, and then recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate are obtained. The green high-performance recycled concrete provided by the invention is excellent in anti-permeability performance.
