Fireproof heat-insulation powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fireproof heat-insulation powder. The powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-30% of plant fibers, 1%-5% of cellulose, 60%-80% of any one or a combination of two of perlite and glass beads, 5%-10% of adhesive dry powder, and 4%-10% of diatomite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a medium-speed powder stirrer with a closed stirring chamber, and preparing any one or a combination of two of the plant fibers, the cellulose, the perlite and the glass beads, the adhesive dry powder and 4% of the diatomite according to the weight percentages; S2, putting the plant fibers and the cellulose into the stirring chamber, and performing uniform stirring at a medium speed; S3, adding the adhesive dry powder into the stirring chamber, and uniformly stirring and mixing the dry powder with a powder stirred in the step S2 at a medium speed; S4, adding the diatomite into the stirring chamber, and uniformly stirring and mixing the diatomite with a powder stirred in the step S3 at a medium speed; and S5, adding the perlite into the stirring chamber, and uniformly stirring and mixing the perlite with a powder stirred in the step S4 at a medium speed to obtain the fireproof heat-insulation heat-preserving powder disclosed by the invention. The heat-insulation powderis low in heat conductivity coefficient, environment-friendly and suitable for building wall surface thermal insulation engineering.
