According to the invention, the position height of the stay cable on the cable tower is measured through the first microwave radar, and the position distance between the stay cable on the cable-stayed bridge surface and the second microwave radar is measured through the second microwave radar, so that whether the installed stay cable meets the design requirement can be determined through the first microwave radar and the second microwave radar, the measurement efficiency is high, the accuracy is high, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
