Anti-floating anchor rod pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod pile and a construction method thereof. The anti-floating anchor rod pile comprises a first anchor hole and a second anchor hole which are formed in a rock mass; anchor rod systems are arranged in the first anchor hole and the second anchor hole; and each anchor rod system comprises twisted steel, a centering support and a variable cross-section reinforcement cage. The construction method of the anti-floating anchor rod pile includes the steps that on the rock mass, hole positions are determined according to requirements, marks are made, and a jet pile machine is placed; soil is taken to form the first anchor hole and the second anchor hole; and after the twisted steel and the variable cross-section reinforcement cage are placed downwards in place, a limiting pin is pulled out, the variable cross-section reinforcement cage is turned into an opening state, and high-pressure grouting is conducted. Compared with the prior art, the pulling resistance of an anchor rod is improved by 3-5 times compared with the pulling resistance of a common anchor rod, so that the requirements of high overall stability and safety of the structure can be met, the construction cost can be saved, the construction period can be shortened, and effective anti-corrosion measures are combined for construction, so that the durability of the anchor rod construction is ensured, and the purpose of comprehensive utilization of the anchor rods is achieved.
本发明公开了一种抗浮锚杆桩及其施工方法,该抗浮锚杆桩包括开设在岩体上的第一锚孔与第二锚孔,第一锚孔与第二锚孔内设置有锚杆系统;所述锚杆系统包括螺纹钢筋、对中支架与变截面钢筋笼;该抗浮锚杆桩的施工方法为:在岩体上,根据要求定出孔位,做出标记,安放喷射桩机;取土形成第一锚孔与第二锚孔;螺纹钢筋与变截面钢筋笼下放到位后,拔出限位销,使变截面钢筋笼变成打开状态,再进行高压注浆,本发明与现有技术相比,此类锚杆的抗拔力,比普通锚杆提高3‑5倍,既能满足结构整体稳定性和安全性高的要求,又能节约工程造价及工期,结合有效的防腐措施施工,保证了锚杆施工的耐久性,达到此类锚杆的综合利用目的。
