The invention relates to the field of concrete pouring, in particular to concrete conveying and pouring equipment. The equipment aims to solve the problems that when construction is carried out in a high side ditch area, a concrete pump truck is difficult to stop, chute blockage is easily caused when a plurality of chutes are adopted for pouring in the prior art, the labor consumption is large in the pouring process, and the working efficiency is low. Therefore, the novel concrete conveying and pouring equipment which is particularly suitable for being used during construction in high side ditch areas is provided. The equipment comprises a distribution chute, a first supporting frame and a rotating shaft; the first supporting frame comprises a supporting disc and a plurality of supporting legs; a center hole is formed in the center of the supporting disc; the rotating shaft penetrating through the center hole is fixedly connected with the top end of the outer bottom of the distribution chute; a bearing is arranged between the rotating shaft and the center hole; arc-shaped guide rails are arranged between the adjacent supporting legs; and a sliding block matched with the arc-shaped guide rails is arranged on the bottom surface of the distribution chute. The concrete conveying and pouring equipment saves the cost and shortens the pouring time on the premise of ensuring the quality of concrete.
本发明涉及混凝土浇筑领域,具体为混凝土传送浇筑设备。本发明为了解决在高边沟地区施工时,混凝土泵车驻扎困难以及现有的采用多道溜槽进行浇筑时容易造成溜槽堵料且浇筑过程中人工耗费量大、工作效率低的问题,故提供了一种新型的、特别适用于高边沟地区施工时使用的混凝土传送浇筑设备。包括布料溜槽以及第一支撑架、旋转轴,第一支撑架包括支撑盘以及多个支撑腿,支撑盘的中心设有中心孔,布料溜槽的外底部的顶端固定连接有穿过中心孔的旋转轴,旋转轴与中心孔之间设有轴承,相邻支撑腿之间设有弧形导轨,布料溜槽的底面设有与弧形导轨相适配的滑块。该设备在保证混凝土的质量的前提下,节约成本,缩短浇筑时间。
