The construction is carried out based on a plate transporting vehicle, a prefabricated part splicing machine of a sub-bin supporting system and an integrated mounting vehicle of prefabricated partition plates. The method comprises the steps that 1, prefabricated parts are spliced into the sub-bin supporting system on shield segments on the lower portion of a tunnel through the plate transporting vehicle and the prefabricated part splicing machine; and 2, the prefabricated partition plates are laid on prefabricated longitudinal beams of the sub-bin supporting system through the integrated mounting vehicle to form a sub-bin structure. According to the construction method, a large number of workers do not need to erect formworks on a construction site, various construction equipment do not need to be stocked on the site, the construction environment is neater, ordered management can be achieved, construction is safer, meanwhile, factory-like, standardized and assembled construction can be achieved, and the construction efficiency of the pipe gallery is improved.
