The invention discloses a remote sensing type treatment method for in-situ treatment of an urban river way polluted bottom mud. The method comprises a remote sensing ship used for sucking the river way bottom mud, a control module used for controlling the remote sensing ship to operate, a soil separation vehicle used for sucking and treating the polluted bottom mud in the remote sensing ship and separating soil blocks and water and a muck vehicle used for collecting and separating the soil blocks. The remote sensing ship belongs to automation equipment, a suction assembly composed of an impeller stirrer and an anti-fouling cover cuts, stirs and sucks the polluted bottom mud in a river way when the remote sensing ship travels in the river way, the anti-fouling cover effectively prevents the polluted bottom mud from diffusing in the suction process to cause secondary pollution to a surrounding water body, and the remote sensing ship is high in environmental protection degree.
