The invention relates to a large-span truss structure system. The large-span truss structure system comprises a truss and a main body structure; the main body structure is connected to one side of the truss in the lengthwise direction of the truss; the main body structure comprises a structure body and a first span inclined strut connected with the structure body, one end of the first span inclined strut is connected with the truss, and the main body structure provides inclined supporting force inclined relative to the lengthwise direction of the truss for the truss through the first span inclined strut. According to the large-span truss structure system, by arranging the first-span inclined strut, the inclined resistance of the main body structure can be enhanced, so that the inclined component force of the truss acting on the main body structure can be balanced through the first-span inclined strut, the design of a deformation joint and a sliding support can be cancelled, and the large-span truss is rigidly connected with the main body structure, so that the building elevation is not influenced.
